I wouldn't have called it dubstep...
Considering your alleged state of mind, it's not all in all bad. A little hectic, though, when dubstep is typically heavier and a bit more sluggish. Also, the drums themselves seemed to be more along the lines of house.
For a first attempt, though, I would say you did pretty well.

I saw in one of the earlier comments you said this was all produced digitally. You just took the top place among my heroes, because this is the sort of thing I try to tell people is possible, but they don't listen to me. I might have to get myself a copy of this Renoise once my new computer gets in, because What I've always wanted to do is make more natural instrumental music, but I don't have the tools to do such things, but this proves otherwise.
Anyways, about the song itself, I have yet to listen to the other four parts, but I think I will, because this is awesome in so many more ways than I can describe. I love the basic composition as well as the layered strings, although it seems to be a bit much as a replacement for a lead guitar a little later on, until about 5.14. Wonderful work, otherwise.
It's fully possible as you can hear.
Lead guitar work as well if there are proper sample packs and VST instruments to rotate samples for humanized effect as well as keyswitch or velocity triggered tone and strum alteration for added realism.
Sure, the real thing will always be that, but with some elbow grease, all you need is your computer and some solid inspiration. :3
